Description of "BPS-Twin" roller set:
- 2 split roller sets, hot-dip galvanised, suspended installation with watertight, maintenance-free roller bearings
- Standard raised roller by 40 mm on the access side, exit side at ground level. The raised roller is implemented through
shimming with compensation plates beneath the bearing blocks. This allows ground-level or raised positioning of the rollers
at any time
- Drive motors with planetary gears, enormous motor power with minimal power connection values,
- Low-wear running rollers with welded profile surface (optionally grit-coated)
- Test unit control: Manual / automatic operation, delayed automatic switch-on, slip switch-off, pointer stop, automatic
restart, switch-off after driving out of the test bed, start-up monitoring and drive-off assistance
- Wear-free, electronic DMS measuring system with shear force transducer
