Factory customer service meeting and corporate training at SHERPA headquarters
Finally, SHERPA could welcome long-term factory customer service partners again in a large group to a training course – for the first time at the new company headquarters in Ampfing – and enable them a personal experience in compliance with the current corona measures.
SHERPA founded the factory customer service (Werkskundendienst) three years ago and, in doing so, makes a strong commitment to its home market. With this platform, SHERPA meets the ever-increasing competence requirements for workshop equipment and service and provides important information on changes to the brake tester guideline and the legally required calibration according to DAkkS in order to save time and human resources of the service partners.
The regionwide factory customer service consists of 10 long-term and regularly trained service partners who were invited to SHERPA this week. The program included a wide range of training content, including applications relating to the products scissor lift (SHB-Safelift), brake testers (BPS / PPS), axle play detectors (AST), the relevant guidelines and news as well as practical information on installation, routine inspection and testing and much more. New products such as the
SHERPA Connect-Box (SCB) in combination with the SP-Plus adapter and the ASA data transmission, the handling of the programs TV and SHERPA Office and other innovations such as the calibration of pressure transducers were also discussed.
