First SHERPA XT roller brake tester successfully installed in Lithuania

Together with our sister company Tecalemit, we were able to install, commission and hand over high-quality testing systems from the SHERPA portfolio in Lithuania. This is the first installation of the new XT series in the Baltic state.

Powerful technology for the truck sector

The project focused on two devices for professional heavy-duty vehicle testing:

Roller brake tester BPS Twin-XT-16100
The modern roller brake tester is comprehensively equipped and meets the highest requirements for testing heavy machinery. Features include the PC software TV-XT, Office-XT, graphics program as well as the options motor brake, weighing device, pressure transducer and hydraulic roller raising. This combination ensures precise, intuitive and thorough testing procedures.

Hydraulic play detector AST-20.3-Pit-SW-V2
The axle play detector with hard-chromed steel shafts is specifically designed for robust use in the truck sector. Its durable construction ensures reliable operation and precise results – even under demanding conditions.

Successful collaboration with Tecalemit

The installation and commissioning were professionally carried out in cooperation with our Lithuanian sister company Tecalemit and successfully handed over to the end customer.

During the acceptance process, the customer was consistently satisfied – both with the technical quality of the systems and with the expert on-site support.
